I DO believe in angels!

This was the response I got when I sent out my story last week: I DO believe in angels! And would like to share a story with you as well.

I was in a hospital in Southern CA 43 years ago. I was all alone, didn't have a church family yet because we recently moved there from Connecticut. I had my first bible with me on the nightstand. and I was awaiting surgery scheduled for the next morning to remove the lump on my breast or possibly have a mastectomy.  I was frightened to say the least.

Suddenly, a young woman, my age or so, walked into my room.  She looked very much like a good friend of mine from back east.  She was dressed in plain clothes and had an endearing smile which put me at ease instantly. She said hello and asked if she could pray for me, which I gratefully agreed to.  Then she left as quickly as she came.

After the surgery, a mastectomy, I asked about the young volunteer of all who came into my room. No one recognized the description of this young woman and verified only clergy were part of the hospital staff.  I even talked with a minister who also stated the same. She appeared out of nowhere and disappeared just as quickly.

A stranger, an angel???  She came to me in one of the darkest hours of my life, prayed with me and calmed my inner spirit and being.  I do believe God sent her, an angel, to comfort me.
